I'm up to my elbows in half square triangle units and thought I'd try trimming two at once. I'm not sure why it didn't come to me sooner because it's working out beautifully.

My seams are pressed to the dark side, so simply stacking them to where the seams nestle all snug-like ensures that when I'm trimming, both seams line up with the diagonal line on my ruler.
Surely I'm the first to think of this, right? Man, I'm brilliant! ;P
